The Cock Inn Guest House - maybe it's not what you planned, but it's exactly what you need!

This elegant, stately guesthouse is surrounded by beautiful trees and has magnificent sea views. The gardens are an indigenous oasis, full of the incredible birdlife of the Wild Coast. The farm extends over an area of 3000 hectares, running all the way down to the shores of the Indian Ocean, along rolling hills and wooded river valleys. Extending right to the beach, this makes for a very special place indeed.

This is truly where tranquility spells rest and regeneration for all of our guests.

Here at the Cock Inn you will be kindly attended to by Shaun and Tam,  their son Mark and daughter, Justine. We are all from farming stock with deep Eastern Cape roots, dating back to the Settlers.

We are situated 7km from Kei Mouth and Morgans Bay, and the unspoilt beaches  of the Eastern Cape.

In addition to country hospitality, this cattle ranching farm offers a wide range of activities, from birdwatching, horseriding and bass fishing to game viewing, walks and a general farmlife experience attached to its very own beach making this absolutely unique.

The game on this farm includes  various species such as: bushbuck, impala, blesbuck, common reedbuck, grysbok, wildebeest, zebra, caracal (lynx), porcupine, antbear, jackal .

50 paces from the guesthouse is an enormous dam-stocked with bass.
