It might not be what you planned, but certainly more that you expected!

This elegant, stately guesthouse is set in lush, extensive indigenous gardens with beautiful old trees and magnificent views over the countryside to the dam or the Indian Ocean. The gardens are an indigenous oasis, full of the prolific birdlife of the Wild Coast, and the dam at the bottom of the garden is visited by a great variety of wild animals.

We are situated 8km from Kei Mouth & Morgan's Bay and 80km from East London, surrounded by game and cattle farms and close to the unspoilt beaches of the Eastern Cape and the old Transkei.

Here at the Cock-Inn you will be kindly attended to by Shaun and Tam, ably assisted by Colleen, Vicki and Nomsa. We are all from farming stock with deep Eastern Cape roots, dating back to the Settlers.
The Cock-Inn specializes in relaxed and comforting Country Hospitality and Elegant Farm Cuisine.
